Services are determined by the needs of the resident. An assessment is done prior to admission to determine the level of care needed. Services are individually planned by involving the family and caregivers and are adapted in response to the resident’s assessment.

Level 1

Includes:

  • A daily well-being checks
  • 24-hour nurse on staff
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Escort service to meals and activities daily
  • Consultations with Beau Provence staff regarding social activities
  • Monitoring and coordinating health related problems
  • Assistance in coordinating appointments with professionals offering physical rehabilitation, home health services, physical, occupational and speech therapies

Level 2

  • Assistance with making medical and dental appointments
