Beau Provence is Mandeville’s first and only memory care exclusive senior living community, providing state-of-the-art amenities and services to residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. Beau Provence features 40 beautifully appointed private and semi-private suites, two dining areas, a therapy room, and two therapeutic gardens. A full-time Director of Health & Wellness and Activites Director ensure that our residents benefit from specially designed programs tailored to fit each individual resident's abilities and needs.

Alysia Leigh brings extensive nursing, management, and senior care experience to her role as Executive Director. Prior to joining the Beau Provence team, she worked at Lakeview Regional Medical Center for fifteen years as a certified emergency nurse and as manager of the Intensive Care Unit. Prior to moving to the Northshore, she was the Director of Nursing at Colonial Nursing Home in Marksville, Louisiana. Alysia has been a registered nurse for thirty years and has vast experience in the hospital, nursing home and home health settings.
Alysia was born and raised in the small town of Cottonport, located in Avoyelles Parish and has been a resident of St. Tammany Parish for the last sixteen-years. Alysia earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Louisiana State University at Alexandria in 1990 and has recently obtained her bachelor’s degree from the same university in May of 2020. She is married to her husband, Patrick and together they have four sons, two daughters and four grand children.
